These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of hutchinsonjobs.com(the “Site”), operated by Hutchinson Enterprises LLC, a Texas limited liability company based in Tyler, Texas. By using the Site or submitting a form, you agree to these Terms.

1. No guarantee of engagement or earnings

Information on the Site is for recruiting and informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding offer, an employment contract, a financial guarantee, or a promise of income. Hutchinson Enterprises LLCworks with owner-operators as independent contractors under a written lease agreement; nothing on the Site creates an employment relationship. The compensation model described on the Site (a percentage of the load’s gross revenue, currently 90% to the owner-operator and10% to Hutchinson Enterprises LLC; weekly statements; an escrow of $2,500 built at $250 per week and refundable 30days after the lease ends subject to open claims, fines and the return of company equipment; the weekly premium for the Company’s commercial liability insurance as set by the insurer for that owner-operator; fuel purchased on company fuel cards; and other operating expenses that may be advanced by Hutchinson Enterprises LLC and deducted from statements) is a summary. Example dollar figures are arithmetic illustrations only; actual gross revenue depends on lanes, season, equipment, market conditions and individual performance, and results vary. All terms, conditions, and compensation are confirmed only in the written lease agreement between the owner-operator and Hutchinson Enterprises LLC.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old, hold a valid commercial driver’s license, and be legally authorized to provide motor carrier services in the United States. You agree that all information you submit, including information about your truck, trailer, driving record and experience, is accurate and complete.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site, its security, or its infrastructure.
• Use automated means to submit forms, scrape, or spam the Site.
• Violate any applicable law or regulation.

4. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and the Hutchinson Enterprises LLC name and marks, is owned by or licensed to Hutchinson Enterprises LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it without our written permission.

5. Third-party links and services

The Site may link to or integrate third-party services (such as messaging, analytics, and advertising providers). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties, which are governed by their own terms and policies.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hutchinson Enterprises LLC and its members, officers, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising out of your use of the Site.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hutchinson Enterprises LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Smith County, Texas.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
