• Information you provide: name, phone number, email address, home state, whether you own a sleeper truck and a trailer, truck make, model, year and sleeper type, trailer type, length and year, CDL class and endorsements, OTR experience, availability, and any message you send us. During onboarding we may also collect driving-record, insurance and registration documents you choose to provide.
• Automatically collected information: IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, referring URL, and similar analytics data collected through cookies and similar technologies.

2. How we use your information

• To respond to your application or callback request and contact you about owner-operator lease-on opportunities.
• To evaluate your eligibility to lease on and match your equipment with available freight.
• To operate, maintain, and improve the Site.
• To measure and improve our marketing and advertising.
• To comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud or abuse.

3. Communications consent (calls & texts)

By submitting a form and checking the consent box, you expressly consent to be contacted by Hutchinson Enterprises LLC and its authorized recruiters at the phone number and email you provide — including by live agent, automatic telephone dialing system, prerecorded or artificial voice messages, and SMS/text messages — regarding owner-operator opportunities.
